There’s no doubt about it – for some people, setting up a new computer is a fairly easy task and they’ll take it in their stride. For others, it can be much more of a challenge, and perhaps even a little intimidating. The chances are, if you’ve arrived here, you’d like a little help with it. It might be that you’ve just bought your first computer, or perhaps you’ve replaced an old one and want to move all your files & photos across. Either way, we can help.

We’ve created two System Setup packages and we’re confident one or the other will suit most people.

The System Setup Packages have been designed to take all the hassle out of the setup process for you. Why not let us do all the hard work for you, and all you need to worry about is enjoying your new purchase. We offer two packages, which we find suit most people. If you think you need something a little different then please get in touch, we’ll be happy to put a bespoke package together for you.

This service is offered for both Microsoft Windows & Apple Macintosh Computers.

The Basic Setup Package – £85.00

• Unpack the device (where required)
• Connect and set up peripheral devices such as keyboards, monitors, mice and printers (where required)
• Install Printer & Scanner Software
• Connect to Wi-Fi
• Setup Microsoft Windows or macOS
• Install chosen Applications (Subject to applicable licenses, keys & software availability)
• Setup chosen Anti-Virus Solution
• Setup chosen backup solution
• Setup E-Mail (if required)

The Setup & Data Transfer Package – £125.00

• Includes all the features of the Basic Setup Package
• Transfer all the files and photos from your old computer (Subject to it still being functional – if it isn’t please get in touch – we could still help)
• Transfer of your Internet Bookmarks

S26 Residents will receive a £5 discount on either package and Seniors are entitled to a £10 discount on either package. Discounts may be combined where customers qualify for both.
