PC & Laptop Repairs

Owning a computer (desktop, laptop or all-in-one) is mostly a rewarding experience, but occasionally it can be problematic. Most of our work involves resolving computer-related problems for our customers. This consists of both computer hardware repair and software troubleshooting.

We mostly work on a no-fix, no-fee basis. Board level diagnostics may incur a fee, but this would be advised beforehand. No call-out or mileage charges apply in the areas we routinely cover. Most of our customers are around Rother Valley and the surrounding areas of Sheffield, but we cover most of South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.

We will provide a same-day repair service where possible and can sometimes work evenings and weekends if that fits your needs.

If you require remote assistance, the cost is £25.00 for up to 1 hour, additional time is charged at £25.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments. 

If a site visit is necessary, there is a minimum charge of £45.00 for Computer Repair and IT Troubleshooting; this includes up to 1 hour of labour, with additional time charged at £40 per hour billed in 15-minute increments. If you’re based in the areas we routinely cover, mileage charges do not apply but could apply if you’re further afield. Please check out our Coverage page for more details. 

S26 Customers will receive a £5 discount on the total labour cost for home visits.

If you drop off your device with us, there is a minimum charge of £40.00, which includes up to 1 hour of labour. Additional time is charged at £40.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments.   

Seniors are entitled to a discount of £5 per hour (fully billed hours only) on all labour repair costs. This can be combined with the S26 discount for seniors located in S26.

We provide PC troubleshooting and PC/Laptop repairs in Sheffield and the surrounding areas. S13, S20, S21, S25, S26 and S60 will often benefit from the fastest response.
